First release for this label, the 'Regrooved Series' is all about breathing life into a classic and getting it back on the floor. DJ Wood has been behind the decks for 15+ years now. Some might consider that a lengthy span, but those who know Wood know he's only just begun. From his studio projects for TwentyHz Music, to his demanding 4 turntable DJ sets alongside partner dj soo, Wood is ready to break into the international scene with "Eye No" - a sublime dubbed out breaks number that will rock any floor and raise more than a few smiles with it's cheeky samples. Over on the flip, Feature Cast' (Catskills) takes 2 classics and laces them with his unique B-Boy breaks style. "Avenue Rock" features a recognisable funk lick with MC Lyte and the Chicago Gangsters strutting their stuff over the top. "Soul Flower" drops some classic modfather styles over the top of a hefty break - another sure-fire party starter! Already getting love from Askills, Flow Dynamics and All Good Funk Alliance.
